In addition, we will tell you how Apadrinaunolivo.org is linked to the three territories that represent these oils: Teruel, Jaén and Abrantes (Portugal), and how we transform the traditional olive grove into an engine of sustainable rural development.

You only need 3 glasses per participant and an apple cut into segments to live this unforgettable experience.

Varieties included in the pack

Empeltre: Our pride of Teruel, awarded Best Oil of Lower Aragon in 2020, 2022 and 2023. Certified by the Protected Designation of Origin of Lower Aragon, this oil evokes the dedication of a decade revitalizing the village of Oliete.

Picual: A tribute to small producers in Jaén, such as Domingo Albacete, who are committed to family resilience and integrated production systems.

Galega: Directly brought from Abrantes (Portugal) through the Apadrinhaumaoliveira project.
Apadrinhaumaoliveira.org project, in an area where the oldest olive tree in the Iberian Peninsula is found, the Mouchão, with 3,350 years of history.

The trick is in the wood.

What makes these preserves different are their smoky aromas. Being roasted with olive wood, the flavour of the vegetables, especially the pepper, is impregnated with a delicate smoky aroma leaving it with a very particular flavour and an al dente texture.

Vegetables preserved with our extra virgin olive oil, which keeps the authentic and characteristic flavour of the pepper, aubergine and onion unchanged. You will get an infused oil that you can then use to dress your salads.

Sustainable production

The production process is completely artisanal and respectful of the environment. Plastic-free packaging.
