Empeltre is one of the oldest varieties of the Iberian Peninsula, a jewel in the world of oils. Its olfactory atmosphere of perfume with fresh notes of fruity character, with bright green grass, tomato and fennel, make the palate experience a smooth passage, highlighting a sweetness over a bitter and a shy spicy. We also find flavors of nuts such as walnuts and almonds.

Climate and soil: Typically Mediterranean with cold winters and dry hot summers. Olive groves located between 500 and 600 meters altitude, mountain olive groves, many of them on terraces.
